Catching up

I'm a grandma!!!!! Baby Collin was born on May 24, 2011. What a sweet little spirit. Thank you Spencer and Elissa.

Hollie baby had surgery on her mouth. She had to have 8 bottom teeth skin graft. What a trooper. The biggest thanks goes to her sweetheart Dylan, what a great guy he is. Such a wonderful care giver. Marshall and I just sat back and let him take over. Thanks Dyllie Bean.

The day I wasn't quit ready for hit on the 15th of February 2011. Dylan gave Hollie a promise ring the size of an engagement ring. What? I didn't see this coming so soon. Where the heck have I been? Honestly, it's only because Hollie is my baby and she's the last to leave the nest. I couldn't be more happy with her choice of a future husband. I love Dylan as does the whole family. Guess I better start saving for a wedding in the not so far future. Congratulations Hollie and Dylan!

Just can't wait

Elissa is 23 weeks along. I got to feel the baby kick. Nothing better then feeling new life. I am so excited to be a granny. Elissa has the cutiest baby bump ever! Not to mention she is just glowing. 
Spencer had his 25th birthday on the 24th of January. I'd say it's about time he becomes a daddy. It's always a privilage to remember the birth of my children and the gift I received those special days. Oh and thanks Marshall for being part of the proccess. Fun Times.

What a nice SURPRISE

So I came home from work yesterday, walked in the front door and got a wiff of floor cleaner and a spotless house... I have a sweet fairy that thinks of her mommy and cleans my house. Do you think Morgan would hire out as a maid? I could sure use one.

What a blast it is to watch Spencer (aka Michael wanna be) and Elissa getting those dance moves down with the new wii game. Shake it Christy! Love those zombi moves it's a THRILLER!

A New Year

It's a new year! I can hardly wait to see what great adventures are coming our way. (Marshall and me)
My goals this year are healthy eating and exercise. I do get a good workout 3 nights a week working at Lowe's unloading semi-trucks. I should think of Lowe's as my own personal gym that pays me to get fit. Actually I do think of it that way! I'm totally getting such buff arms. It's kind of sick.
How sad is it that I am already counting down the months to summer vacation from school? It's not the job that makes me want summer vacation, it's the idea of no school for 3 months. I guess it's a childhood thing.
I have the biggest and best news ever... Spencer and Elissa are expecting in May. Our first grand baby! I can hardly wait. I'm going to spoil him and kiss him and then when he cries, I will give him to his parents and let them deal with it. That's the best part of being a granny!
Oh and something else really cool, I came home to lunch this afternoon and Hollie surprised us with a new big screen TV. WOW! What a gift. She said it's cuz she's been a little - - - - and it's her way of saying I'm sorry and I love you mom and dad. I think it's because she hated the little TV we had. Either way I want to thank you miss Hollie and I love you!
